UK Mainland Delivery

We want our delivery service to be as simple and straight forward as possible. And what better way to do that than have no delivery charge at all. Every order you place on allunionjack.com to a UK mainland delivery address or BFPO number will be delivered totally free of charge, no matter how many items you order. We normally send Royal Mail 1st Class which should mean next day, but please allow 2 to 3 working days to be safe.
International Delivery
European (EU) Delivery – From £2.50
Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland (Eire), Luxembourg, Netherlands (Holland), Monaco, Spain, Andorra, Belarus, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, Georgia, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Moldova, Montenegro, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland and Ukraine.
We have three levels of postage dependent on the value of the total order.
- Europe (EU) Small Order (under £10): £2.50
- Europe (EU) Medium Order (Between £10 and £30): £5
- Europe (EU) Large Order (Over £30): £10
Worldwide Delivery – From £3.50
US, Canada, Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia,New Zealand and South Africa. All other countries please contact us before placing an order.

Local Taxes & Impprt Duties
Please note that customers living outside the European Union may incur local taxes and import duties. The customer is solely responsible for the payment of any of these additional charges that may be imposed. Most countries have sensible duty levels allowing you to import items valued at up to a few hundred dollars without incurring import fees. However, there’s always the exception to the rule, duty levels can vary significantly, so please check with your country’s Customs and Excise office to find out more.
Estimated Delivery Times
Dispatch
Fantasic Hearts will endeavour to dispatch your order within 1 working day but within three working days after placing the order and payment has been received. If for any reason a delay is expected we will inform you. Items can also be delivered in the UK the next working day as long as they are ordered before 12.00 hours (noon) (Mon-Friday).
Delivery
Delivery times vary depending on your location. Please note during the busier times of year including Christmas, delivery times may take longer as delivery companies tend to have to deal with larger demand for their services. Where possible we will make you aware of any cut off times to ensure delivery takes place in time.
UK Mainland: 2 – 3 working days from dispatch
Orders are generally shipped using Royal Mail 1st Class or UK courier service. The average delivery time to UK mainland with Royal Mail 1st Class is 2 – 3 working days from dispatch so allowing for your order to be processed the average time from you placing your order to it arriving with you is 2 – 7 working days. Please contact us if you have not recieved your order after 8 working days.
Europe: 3-8 working days from dispatch
Europe (EU) Small Order and Medium Orders are shipped using Royal Mail Airmail. Delivery aims are normally as follows:
- 3 working days after dispatch to Western Europe
- 5 working days after posting to Eastern Europe and postal subsidiaries (Islands and Principalities)
Europe (EU) Large Orders are shipped to most countries in Europe are sent using Royal Mail Airsure® which ensures priority handling in the UK and abroad and offers an online tracking. For European countries where this service is not available orders are shipped using Royal Mail Signed For™.Airsure® is generally a day faster than standard Airmail. Which means the aim is:
- 2 working days after dispatch to Western Europe
- 4 working days after posting to Eastern Europe and postal subsidiaries (Islands and Principalities)
Please contact us if you have not recieved your order after 10 working days.
Worldwide: 4- 14 days from dispatch
Worldwide Small Order and Medium Orders are shipped using Royal Mail Airmail. Delivery aims are normally as follows:
- 5-7 working days after dispatch to Worldwide
Worldwide Large Orders are shipped to US, Canada, Singapore, Hong Kong and New Zealand via using Royal Mail Airsure® which ensures priority handling in the UK and abroad and offers an online tracking.
Worldwide Large Orders are shipped to South Africa and Australia using Royal Mail International Sign for™ which requires signature on delivery.
Airsure® is generally a day faster than standard Airmail. Which means the aim is:
- 6 working days after posting to the Rest of the World
