The balloon capacity of the flag pole is 0.5 cubic feet and it has a self-seal valve which allows the balloon to be both deflated and re-inflated. The flag pole can be inflated with either air or helium. The balloon on average stays up for about 3-4 days. Once inflated, avoid exposure to extreme temperatures, as in cold conditions helium balloons will deflate slightly, in warm conditions they will re-inflate, but excessive heat can cause balloons to burst.
